Clockworks takes security seriously and implements all available security measures on the third-party platforms we configure for clients, including:

• Login notifications to alert account owners of new sign-ins

• Role-based access controls to limit permissions to only what is necessary

5. Client Access and Credentials

During the implementation of automation solutions, Clockworks may be given login credentials or administrative access to client accounts in order to configure integrations and automations. All such access is used solely for the purpose of building and maintaining the agreed-upon automations.

Offboarding

Upon completion of services or at the client's request, Clockworks will:

• Remove all Clockworks access from client accounts
• Delete any stored credentials related to the client's accounts
• Provide documentation of all integrations and automations configured
• Transfer full ownership and control of all systems to the client

6. Data Retention

• Form submissions (name, email, business details) are retained for the purpose of business communication and follow-up.
• Client project data is retained only for the duration of active service engagement.
