Not at all. This is designed for people who have never used these tools seriously. If you can open a browser and type, you can do this. We start wherever you are — no catching up required.
That's exactly what the intake is for. I review what you want before anything is scheduled. If it's bigger than 2 hours, I'll tell you what we can realistically accomplish for $150 and what going further would cost. No surprises, no commitment until you know what you're getting.
Yes — small groups of 2–4 people are great. Sometimes better than 1-on-1 because you learn from each other's questions. The founding rate is $150 per person.
Your choice. Remote sessions are via Google Meet or Zoom — we share screens and work together live. In-person sessions are available in the Twin Cities metro (Maple Grove area). Just note your preference on the intake form.
After we've confirmed scope — not before. You fill out the intake, I review it, we agree on exactly what you'll get, and then you book and pay. No money changes hands until you know precisely what's included.
Just a computer with internet access. Free accounts on ChatGPT and/or Claude are enough to get started. If you already have paid subscriptions, even better. Either way, I'll walk you through anything you need to set up before we start.
You can't ask YouTube a question. You can't have it stop and redo the example using your actual email templates or your specific business situation. A live session with a real person means we work through your stuff, answer your specific questions in real time, and go at your pace. That's something no video can do.
